Shipping Policy
Orders placed during business hours are processed and shipped
within 24-48 business hours. If you place your order after
business hours, we start your processing and shipping the
next business day.
Quoted shipping prices for specific items do not apply
to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For Shipments outside of
the contiguous United States and for international shipping
please email or phone us for additional shipping costs.
Small packages may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Large packages,
such as Scooters, are shipped via freight truck. With each
of these shipping options, you will receive your scooters
in 2-5 business days depending on your geographic location.
Tracking your shipment
We will supply you with shipping company contact info, and
a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
If you need further information or will be unavailable by
email, please call our support line at 888.80.SCOOT.
Stock Status
Items that are available for immediate delivery will usually
be shipped within 48 hours during the business week. On
occasion, some item may briefly run out of stock. Items
that are not available for immediate delivery will state
they are "on order". We may be expecting a normal
shipment, or may be on back-order from the manufacturer.
Usually we are restocked in a matter of days but on occasion
an item can take weeks to be restocked. You can always email
us or phone to find the current status of any item.
Return of Scooter or Accessories
We accept returns on unused products for up to 15 days after
delivery date. Products which are used or assembled are
not returnable. No nicked, scuffed or scratched products
will be accepted for refund, and all returns must be approved
by JoeScooter. To receive a Return Materials Authorization
number, contact our support department at 888.80.SCOOT,
or returns@joescooter.com.
Once accepted, purchaser is responsible for shipping both
to and from our location. Once the product has been accepted
for a refund, a refund minus a 15% restocking fee will be
issued. Please allow 2-6 weeks for refunds to be processed
and credited to your account. This warranty does not extend
to the transportation cost to repair or replace either the
product or its parts.
Defective Parts
Damaged parts are usually replaced at no charge to you,
or at our option we may offer a credit. To receive replacements
for defective parts, please contact out customer service
department (at 888.80.SCOOT, or returns@joescooter.com).
We may need your defective part shipped to us for assessment.
Infrequently, replacement parts may need to be shipped from
China and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. JoeScooter
reserves the right to inspect the components or parts covered
by this agreement prior to authorization of any repair,
replacement, or reimbursement. If the components are repaired
under the terms of this Agreement they will be repaired
or replaced with components or parts of like kind and quality.
We at JoeScooter make every effort to get your scooter
up and running as quickly as possible. And, as always, we
appreciate your efforts in helping to make this process
a pleasant experience.
RMA Number
Your Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be
clearly written on the outside of the returned product's
shipping carton. Any scooter or part that arrives at our
warehouse without an authorized RMA number on the outside
of the shipping carton will be refused. Unexpected, freight
collect, and COD packages are not accepted.
